Our Association
Spouse Teachers Association (Dampatti Shikshak Sangh), Uttar Pradesh was founded on 05 August 2025 with a vision to unite spouse teachers serving under the Basic Education Council, Uttar Pradesh.
The association stands for protecting the rights and welfare of teacher families, striving for fair, transparent, and family-friendly service policies — especially in matters of transfers and other service-related issues.

Address by the State PresidentI, Rajesh Kumar Tripathi, stand before you today not merely as the State President, but as a representative of your trust and confidence. The responsibility you have entrusted to me is far more than an honor—it is a sacred duty. I extend my heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation to every couple teacher for placing your faith in me.
Dear Colleagues,
A position does not make a person great; rather, it is a person's work, character, and dedication that bring dignity to the position. I assure you that this responsibility as State President will never be a symbol of authority for me. Instead, it will be a medium of service, commitment, and collective struggle for the welfare of our members.
I do not aspire to be a State President who is seen only on stages and at ceremonies. I want to be your companion—someone who listens to your voice, stands by you in both joy and hardship, and leads from the front on every just cause concerning the rights and welfare of teachers.
Friends, always remember that no organization becomes great because of its buildings, banners, or positions. An organization earns greatness through the trust, discipline, and unity of its members. If we stand united, no one will find it easy to ignore our voice.
I appeal to each one of you to rise above personal interests and place our organization above all else. Differences of opinion may exist, but differences of heart should never divide us. Our objective is not to engage in conflict with anyone; our mission is to strengthen the dignity, rights, and future of couple teachers.
Let us pledge to create a new chapter in history—a chapter in which the Spouse Teachers Association, Uttar Pradesh is recognized not merely as an organization, but as a symbol of trust, discipline, service, and unity within the teaching community.
In conclusion, I would simply like to say:
